Hi. My name is Junny and came from Korea. Im a student and studying jewelry design. Im 24 yrs old. Im looking for a roommate to share the big room.
The room is almost twice bigger than normal common room. The room is fully furnished. 2 beds, 1 table(big enough for 2 person), dressing table, A/C, fan, 2 wardrobe, 2 drawers etc And there's a cat in the room, too +_+(playful, likes people) What you need to bring is your bed sheets, blanket and pillow :D Im tidy and thoughtful, not particular, so it will be very hard for you to bother or disturb me :) I can only speak English and Korean. But love to learn other languages too!
HDB is located at the central, very near to Bugis. 10 min walking to Bugis, Little India, Ferrer Park, Lavender MRT.(green, purple, blue line) 3 min walking to bus stop. Accessible to all parts of Singapore. 2 min walking to 24 hour opening Sheng Siong. 7 min walking to Mustafa. The room is available from 26 Aug. Rental fee ; 700SGD(include utility). Deposit ; 650SGD. No agent fee. Full furnished.(A/C, fan, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, water dispenser, etc). You can cook also, but need to clean up after use. Landlord is not living together. You can bring your friend but i hope to hear from you first :) You will use your own single-sized bed and wardrobe. 3 rooms and 2 toilets. Minimum 3 months stay.
